Join me for a gentle relaxation session to replenish and refresh from the week, and set you up for the week ahead.
Using a mixture of gentle relaxing sounds I will guide you into a wonderful state of pure relaxation - designed to lighten the stresses and tensions from everyday life.
In a safe a comfortable environment, take much needed ‘me time’ as I welcome you into my healing space.
Mats, pillow and eye pillows are provided - but feel free to bring an extra mat, a blanket, an extra pillow or anything that will make you comfortable.
Contraindications: Not suitable for women in the first trimester of pregnancy or people with a pacemaker. Please indicate to me if you wear hearing aids when you arrive.
Cost is £12 per person, payable in cash on the day, before the session starts. Please bring the exact money if you can.
